Can you hold a place before I apply?
The home can only be held once you apply, are approved, the lease is signed, and the security deposit has been paid. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You pay the security deposit with the signed lease to place the property on hold. Then you would pay the 1st month's rent before you move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone over the age of 18 must apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You would click on the Apply Now button on our website. -
How do I pay rent?
All tenants will have access to an online portal, can pay in our office, or can pay at multiple store locations. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Contact the office to see if your landlord would allow it first. Then we will tell you the next steps. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Both of you need to contact the office to see what your specific landlord will allow. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
All leases require a 30 day written notice. The notice cannot be for a mid-month move out and must be for the last day of a month. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the issue is caused by the tenant, the tenant is responsible for reimbursement of the repair.
